We want to discourage people from dropping litter and fouling our pavements or tree holes. And if they still do, we want to remove their leavings quickly.

Some people have suggested putting up special bins. Others think it would be a good idea inviting people to use the grey bins in open driveways (where owners are happy).

Signage that encouraged people to use any sort of bin might create an eyesore. But we could also enhance the look of the street by inviting children to create some pictures that we could then turn into signs.
